Title: Moving around the Main Idea
Idea: My idea will help the students to remember and understand the main idea of a story or any other literature.  To do this I will have the student's use their body to act out the main idea in the story.  After reading the story I will have the students journal about what they think the main idea is.  Tell them to include characters, setting, and the plot.  After they have brainstormed, ask for volunteers.  They will come up and act out what their interpretation of the main idea. The other students will guess what they are acting out.
