Each Homework Assignment is worth 10 points. Your homework average will be
constructed by dropping the lowest homework score, summing the remaining
homework scores and
dividing by the number of works less one. (I recommend that you do NOT "just
skip" a homework assignment because it will be dropped. It's almost always better for
you course grade to have the luxury of dropping your low score.)
Late work will be penalized 1 point per day late and can not be turned in
for credit after the assignment has been returned and discussed in class.

Each Internet Assignment is worth 50 points. You will NOT be allowed to drop an
Internet assignment. Late work will be penalized 2 points per day
late.

Every Student Must Hand in a Separate Homework Assignment in their own
handwriting (or of their own unique design if using a computer).
-
Students are Encouraged to Work Together on homework assignments. The assignments
are designed to test your understanding--if you don't understand, ask a friend or me for
help before you hand in the assignment.

No Plagiarism - See Dr. Julie Smith's page on plagiarism if you're unsure what that
means.
In the context of economics, it means that you must credit any sources (textbook, web,
etc.) of information that you are NOT adequately paraphrasing and clearly state the source
of any data that you quote. State any conclusions you draw from the homework problems in
your own words. Plagiarized homework will be worth 0 points.
