7. WinZip will now be started and you will be given the following screen. This page contains some extra options and attributes that are not needed for this operation.
8. In the add to archive section click on the "New" button to create a new .zip file. By default you will be placed in the folder in which you selected your files and chose to add them to a .zip file. In the "Create" drop down box simply choose the location you want to save the file to. In the "File name" box type a file name (i.e. program1) and then click "OK".
9. You will again be presented with the screen from step 7. Leave all of the other settings the way the are by default and press the "Add" button.
10. After some activity by WinZip you will be given the following screen. Your .zip file is created and all WinZip is doing is displaying what files were added to the archive. You can know close WinZip and send the file the same way you would any other attachment.
